A fresh atmosphere for our Saturday mornings mat pilates classes, The Pilates Bond has moved to Botany Public School’s Heritage Hall.

The Pilates Bond is your destination to connect with your body. The 'bond' is a relationship with yourself, which helps to build core strength, lengthen and strengthen muscles, improve posture and get you feeling more in tune with your body. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, there's something for everyone at The Pilates Bond.

Why Pilates?

Alignment

Pilates doesn’t just improve your physical health. It helps to align your body to make the most of dynamic movements. Correct alignment can help reduce any injuries on your muscles and joints.

 

Flow

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on movement, core strength and muscle control. Pilates exercises are all about improving the efficiency of your body, so you become stronger and more flexible. Pilates classes can get your body moving without putting too much strain on your joints. This makes it a great choice for people with existing injuries or for those who are just starting out exercising after injury or pregnancy.
